This is a trick i picked up from a rojak hawker near my house.
This is a fast, and easy peasy task of peeling the hardboiled egg shell.
Cut the egg in to half and scoop the egg with spoon. And voila! U can now mash it or eat it straigjt away! Just the way it is.
Simple?? Yes!!!
Handy especially when i need to prepare dotty egg sandwich in 5mins
