Kids Menu: Sweet Sour Chicken with Sunquick Tropicana twist!

Last night, rushing back from work-  No time to buy additional groceries. Hence whip a menu from the ingredients that I always have at home. 
Although in the title I mentioned it is kids' menu,  but it can always be a family menu. So adults can eat it too. =))

Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Cooking for: 2 Adults + 1  kid

Main ingredients:

Part A:
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 small Chicken chopped into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoon salt

Part B:
1/4 Red bell pepper (cubed)
1/4 Yellow bell pepper (cubed)
1 Onion + 2 garlic (chopped)
3 tablespoons Chilli sauce + 3 tablespoons Tomato ketchup  
A dash of light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sunquick Tropicana
1/2 cup of water

How to create the Sweet Sour Chicken with sunquick twist!:
First:
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in part A except oil. The oil is for frying! =)
Let the marinate rest for 5 mins . Heat up the wok and add in the oil. Once oil is hot, deep fry the chicken pieces. Once it is cooked, take it out from the oil and rest it. 
Repeat the process until all chicken pieces are cooked. 

Then:
Using the same oil, medium heat it, swissh the onion and garlic in the wok and let it fry for 2 mins or until fragrance and golden brown.
Add in the sauce combinations, soy sauce, water and the Sunquick Tropicana. Stir well. 
Reduce heat and let it simmer until it thickens. 
Add in the peppers.

And last add in the cooked chicken and mix well.
